PROFILE

ORIGIN: Belgium
ALCOHOL: 18% vol
INGREDIENTS: white wine, apple brandy, apple wood caramel, liquorice root, cinnamon, juniper, coriander, grains of paradise, elderflower, angelica root, orris root, citrus, orange blossom, sansho pepper, lavender, star anise, cardemon, woodruff
CONTENTS: 75 cl
AROMA: spicy, caramel, dried fruit
FLAVOUR: bittersweet, wood notes, vanilla
DRINKING TEMPERATURE: room temperature (21°C) or cooled between 3°C and 6°C
SERVING TIP: on the rocks, slice of lemon

VERMOUTH SWEET & SOUR

INGREDIENTS

3 cl BLOSM Vermouth Red
1,5 cl fresh lemon juice
1,5 cl blueberry juice
2 cl sparkling water

RECIPE

Shake with ice in a cocktail share.
Serve in a BLOSM glass, or a short cocktail glas, with 2 cl sparkling water. 
Garnish with an edible flower.
